  1. Lovely photo of the house in Ansouis. I use my earbuds to "protect" me on the plane even during dinner service and probably have missed some interesting people!

  2. I am reminded of the poem :

    Life is like a journey
    taken on a train
    with a pair of travelers
    at each window pane.
    I may sit beside you
    all the journey through
    or I may sit elsewhere,
    never knowing you.
But if fate should mark me
    to sit by your side,
    let's be pleasant travelers–
    it's so short a ride.
    –A Thought

  3. On the airplane, I tend to keep my nose in a book oron whatever I am writing. That quiet undisturbed time is such a gift!
The photo did capture that lovely home in Ansouis, didn't it?

  4. I like this quote from "Benjamin Button": Our lives are defined by opportunities, even the ones we miss." We never know when one of those moments may come along, do we?
